Shipping and Returns


Domestic Shipping

All shipping within Australia is done via Australia Post Express Services and is at the flat rate of $15.

Once payment has been processed, your order will be sent ( a tracking number will be provided via email) and delivered within 2-5 business days.

 

International Shipping

International shipping is via Australia Post International services and is at the flat rate of $30.

Once payment had been processed, your order will be sent, orders can take up to 15 days for delivery.

 

Returns/Exchanges

All returns/exchanges to be returned with 14 days from date of purchase (21 days for international customers)

Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

Items must have all original tags and accessories attached.

Plume reserves the right to reject a return if it is concluded the item is not in new condition, these items will be returned to the customer.

Under no circumstance will items be accepted without tags and accessories attached.

For hygiene purposes, Plume will not accept returns on swimwear, underwear and pierced jewellery.

Sale and discounted items are deemed ‘final sale’ and are not eligible for return, exchange or credit note.

Plume does not offer refunds, you are able to exchange for another item/s of equivalent value or you will be issued with a credit note to the value of the original purchase. Valid for 6 months to use online.

Postage cost for returns/exchanges is at the customer’s expense.
